He finally found a home at marshall and lived up to expectations by having an outstanding career.
He helped lead the thundering herd to a division 1aa title in 1996 with over 1,700 yards receiving.
The following season he posted even better numbers with over 1,800 receiving yards despite marshall having moved up to division 1a.
Moss was drafted by the minnesota vikings with the 21st overall pick of the 1998 nfl draft.
He was projected by many to go higher, but teams were hesitant due to his problematic past.
After spending seven seasons with the vikings, he was traded to the oakland raiders where he experienced only ordinary success.
Moss spent two years in oakland and was then traded to the new england patriots prior to the 2007 season.
